"Checkout didn’t really feels trustworthy"
The site was working fine for me overall, but when I got to the payment part it makes me kind of nervous. There wasn’t much shown about security, and it just didn’t felt very clear or reassuring. I still placed my order, but I would feel a lot better if the checkout looked more trusted and had more details there.

"Checkout wasn’t no fun"
I was trying to grab a shirt, but the checkout kept freezing after I put in my shipping info. I had to refresh twice and type everything in all over again. It did finally go through, but at first I wasn’t even sure if I got charged or not. Love the band, but that checkout process ain’t exactly working how it should...

"Tracking Has Been a Mess"
I ordered from mychemicalromance the tracking has been so frustrating. It’ll just sit there for days with no real updates, then suddenly change out of nowhere like that’s supposed to be helpful. I still have no clue where my package actually is or when it’s showing up. Support wasn’t much better either, basically just told me to keep waiting, which is annoying when I’m already being forced to be patient with zero information. For what shipping costs, I expected way better.

"Shipping was a headache"
I ordered from overseas it took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just kind of left wondering what was going on... I reached out to support, but they kept sending basically the same response, which didn’t really help. If you’re outside the U.S., I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.

I’m sure it’s just my luck, but every time I check, the things I’m looking for are never in stock. Totally fine, of course… just a little frustrating when it keeps happening.

"Cool hoodie, but the sizing feels off"
I ordered this hoodie in my usual size, so I was surprised when it showed up fitting way smaller than expected. The design is really cool, but the arms are tight and it’s shorter on me than I’d like. I feel like the size chart could’ve been more accurate, especially for the price. Kind of annoying because I was expecting a better fit.

I did end up getting my refund, which was a relief, but it took longer than I expected. I was a bit worried for a while and would’ve appreciated more updates or reassurance along the way. It worked out in the end, just slower than I’d hoped.

I love My Chemical Romance, but the merch prices on mychemicalromance.com felt a bit too steep for me. The shirts and hoodies were already expensive, and once shipping got added on, it was even harder to justify. For that kind of money, I expected the value to feel a little better, but it mostly seemed like you’re paying for the band name. Just a heads up to other fans: check the total with shipping before getting too excited. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I really loved the shirt once it arrived, but the whole ordering process felt like too many steps for one small item. By the time I got to shipping, the cost seemed crazy high for just a shirt, which was frustrating.

I’m still waiting for my refund, it feels like this should be a straightforward thing to sort out. I understand delays can happen, but if a refund is owed, it should be processed in a reasonable amount of time. I just want the issue handled properly.

"Customer Service Apparently Took a Vacation"
I tried reaching out to customer service about my order and, shockingly, got absolutely nothing back. I sent one message, waited a few days, then followed up again… and still no actual answer. I totally understand businesses get busy, but when someone has already paid, it would be nice to at least pretend to care. Definitely makes me think twice about ordering from this site again

"Messy menus and way too much waiting"
The menus are messy and it feels like the pages are just all over the place. I kept getting lost trying to find what I needed, which got annoying fast. On top of that, having to wait in a queue made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Shirt was fine, but the packaging felt careless"
I ordered a shirt and, the packaging was disappointing. The bag was really thin and had already ripped on one side by the time it arrived. Luckily the shirt itself was okay, but at this price point, I feel like it’s only fair to pack orders with a bit more care. Customers are trusting you to deliver what they paid for in good condition. It wasn’t a disaster, just frustrating and avoidable.

I ordered a hoodie and I’m a little confused about it. The print just feels kind of off, and the tags don’t look like the ones on my older MCR merch. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I’m still not totally sure if it’s legit or not.

I ordered a shirt a few weeks ago and the tracking barely moved the whole time. The delivery date changed twice, and when I reached out to support, they didnt really do much to help. I still like the band, but this store isnt reliable at all.

"Took longer than expected"
I ordered this right before I went out of town for a weekend, so I wasn’t in a huge rush at first, but it still ended up taking almost three weeks to arrive. I kept checking for updates here and there, usually with my morning coffee, and there really weren’t many. It would’ve been nice to at least know what was going on...

I tried to exchange my order and it ended up taking forever. Maybe I was already a little impatient because I had a busy week, but the emails were really slow and the instructions weren’t very clear. I kept putting it off because I didn’t have the energy to deal with it. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle.
